Crystal Blackwell
Crystal Blackwell is the Founder and CEO of Crystal Clear Results L.L.C. She has more than 20 years' experience serving in senior leadership roles in Fortune 100 companies such as Liberty Mutual and Chase Bank. Crystal is an expert in enhancing workforce performance and helping employees optimize their professional development. In addition to her experience as a seasoned leader, Crystal has partnered with The City of Phoenix, City of Chandler, Ideas Collide, NXP, State Farm Insurance, D.A.R.E. International and Digital Alliance to name a few to provide consulting, leadership coaching, and or training supporting Diversity, Inclusion and Equity.

Ty James Largo

College dropout-turned top of his game, two-fold minority business owner, Ty James Largo pilots his award-winning creative marketing agency, Awe Collective, which advises the top hospitality, retail, finance, non-profit, entertainment, development, construction, tourism, events and real estate names and brands on the West Coast. A proud member of the Navajo Nation, (Diné, “the people”), Largo was born in Shiprock, New Mexico and now lives in Tempe, Arizona, where his gay-owned agency continues to thrive and influence the public. |
Lauren Pond
Lauren L. Pond IV is a disabled combat veteran and local business owner who works with the community to provide manufacturing, retail sales, gunsmith services, training, and education on firearms. Born in Scottsdale and raised in Chandler Arizona in the family of a small Chandler business owner, Lauren is proud of his community. Multiple combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan before retiring at the rank of staff sergeant in 2016. Lauren reentered the workforce as an E-commerce sales manager for Chevrolet and later moved to the same position for Hyundai before attending Sonoran Desert Institute while developing his business. Lauren graduated with honors receiving a certificate in firearms technology. Lauren is currently in his second year of business after gaining profitability in month seven and running completely debt-free.
